Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or compact license in hand at submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room experience required
• Experience in perioperative nursing, surgical nursing, or acute care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform in a fast-paced surgical setting
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to complete onboarding and compliance requirements before the start date

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to surgical patients throughout the perioperative process
• Support the surgical team during pre-op, intra-op, and post-op workflows as needed
• Monitor patient status, maintain sterile technique, and assist with operating room procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient care accurately and follow facility policies and clinical standards
• Adapt to unit needs and contribute to a smooth, efficient operating room environment
