  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160 - $2,270

Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license required
  • Compact RN license must be in hand at time of submission
  • Minimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
  • Strong charting and documentation experience preferred
  • Willingness to work 3 of the 5 major holidays as assigned
  • Ability to float to nearby sister facilities if needed
  • Two references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required
  • Must provide required compliance documentation during the credentialing process

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, compassionate perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
  • Assist with circulating and/or scrub duties based on assignment needs and scope of practice
  • Support surgical procedures while maintaining a sterile, efficient, and patient-focused environment
  • Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes throughout the surgical experience
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to deliver coordinated care
  • Document accurately in the electronic health record and follow established hospital protocols
  • Adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment while maintaining strong patient safety standards
  • Participate in orientation and required module completion before start
