Job Requirements

• 2 years of ICU, CVICU, or critical care nursing experience preferred
• Valid Kansas RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Ability to care for cardiac and medically complex ICU patients
• Comfort managing ventilated patients, multiple drips, and high-acuity workflows
• Open to floating to like units within scope as needed
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing for critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor and manage patients with cardiac, respiratory, and multisystem conditions
• Care for patients requiring ventilator support, CRRT, and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Support open-heart and post-procedure recovery patients as needed
• Titrate cardiac and vasoactive drips according to patient condition and unit protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate safe, effective patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and respond quickly to changes in patient status
• Contribute to a team-oriented critical care environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes
