Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current Emergency Department RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department preferred
• Meditech experience is a plus
• Ability to work confidently with pediatric and adult emergency patients
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care in the Emergency Department
• Perform IV starts, medication administration, and sedation support as needed
• Provide care for a diverse patient population, including pediatric patients
• Work collaboratively with physicians, mid-level providers, techs, and unit staff
• Monitor patients, document care accurately, and follow unit procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-moving clinical environment
