Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience required
• TNCC certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical skills in a busy, high-acuity emergency care setting
• Experience with trauma nursing, triage, and rapid patient assessment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a wide range of acuity levels
• Perform triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring of Emergency Department patients
• Collaborate with board-certified emergency physicians and the care team to support timely treatment decisions
• Respond confidently to urgent and emergent patient situations in a fast-paced ER environment
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
• Support safe, efficient patient flow in a compact 8-bed emergency department
• Deliver compassionate care while staying focused and organized in a high-volume setting
