Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 1 year of Emergency Room or Emergency Department nursing experience required
- TNCC certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical skills in a busy, high-acuity emergency care setting
- Experience with trauma nursing, triage, and rapid patient assessment preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients across a wide range of acuity levels
- Perform triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring of Emergency Department patients
- Collaborate with board-certified emergency physicians and the care team to support timely treatment decisions
- Respond confidently to urgent and emergent patient situations in a fast-paced ER environment
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
- Support safe, efficient patient flow in a compact 8-bed emergency department
- Deliver compassionate care while staying focused and organized in a high-volume setting
