Job Requirements

• Active North Dakota RN license or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience in a large hospital setting
• At least 1 year of prior Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Travel nurse experience required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Experience in a busy Level I Trauma Center preferred
• Willingness to float to Medical/Surgical units across multiple Fargo locations as needed
• Ability to work night shift RN schedules and adapt to changing unit needs

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical and surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments, document accurately in EPIC, and support patient education
• Care for patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, trauma, and orthopedic trauma needs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to prioritize patient flow and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Use inpatient equipment and clinical tools to support efficient, responsive clinical care
• Float to additional Med/Surg units as needed to support staffing and patient care
• Maintain a professional, adaptable, and patient-centered approach in a high-acuity acute care environment
