- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday required

Job Requirements
- Active North Dakota RN license or compact RN license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse experience in a large hospital setting
- At least 1 year of prior Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Travel nurse experience required
- EPIC charting experience required
- Experience in a busy Level I Trauma Center preferred
- Willingness to float to Medical/Surgical units across multiple Fargo locations as needed
- Ability to work night shift RN schedules and adapt to changing unit needs
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical and surgical patients
- Perform patient assessments, document accurately in EPIC, and support patient education
- Care for patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, trauma, and orthopedic trauma needs
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to prioritize patient flow and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Use inpatient equipment and clinical tools to support efficient, responsive clinical care
- Float to additional Med/Surg units as needed to support staffing and patient care
- Maintain a professional, adaptable, and patient-centered approach in a high-acuity acute care environment
