Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing or related acute care experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Travel RN experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to laboring patients and postpartum families
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
- Assist with admissions, triage, labor support, and recovery care
- Collaborate with physicians, OB staff, and the care team to support positive patient outcomes
- Document care accurately and maintain a calm, patient-focused approach
