Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU, neonatal nursing, or related high-acuity specialty
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and confidence in a high-acuity neonatal care environment
• Ability to work holiday coverage as required by the unit schedule

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced NICU setting
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to unit protocols and best practices
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and prioritize care for critically ill newborns
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety, quality, and infection control standards
