• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Deliver care while maintaining a strong focus on quality and patient safety
