Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• TNCC certification required
• PALS certification required
• ENPC certification required
• Experience in ED and trauma settings preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
• Collaborate closely with charge nurses, triage staff, medics, and providers
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
• Support smooth patient flow in a fast-paced emergency department
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a strong focus on patient-centered care
