• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on night shifts while supporting team-based care
• Experience caring for adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting
• Flexibility to adapt to unit needs and patient acuity

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to medical-surgical patients during 12-hour night shifts
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and provider orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
