• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in 4 weeks
• Call: None
• Orientation: Bi-weekly
• Patient Population: All ages
• Environment: 22-bed Emergency Department with varied acuity and high-volume, high-impact care

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Current PALS certification required
• Current TNCC certification required
• Trauma nursing and pediatric emergency experience preferred
• Strong teamwork, resilience, and a patient-first attitude
• Comfort working with a broad range of emergency cases and patient acuity levels

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
• Assess, triage, monitor, and treat patients with varying acuity levels in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Support care for trauma, STEMI, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, and other emergent cases
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, efficient patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
• Respond quickly and confidently to changes in patient condition
• Uphold professional standards, unit protocols, and a positive team culture
