• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,060
• Setting: High-acuity Med/Surg floor / Respiratory Care Unit
• Patient Focus: Adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients with complex diagnoses

Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN or Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• Experience with Cerner preferred, but not required
• Ability to complete a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding
• Updated resume with relevant Med/Surg and Telemetry experience
• Skills checklist matching specialty requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs
• Care for patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, COPD exacerbation, GI bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, wounds, and end-of-life needs
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Support a patient ratio of approximately 1:5, occasionally 1:6
• Float as needed to nearby affiliated units within the same health system
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment
