Job Requirements

• Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Progressive Care Unit, stepdown, or acute care nursing experience
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred and should be documented on the resume
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Updated skills checklist matching the specialty
• NURSYS report with verification of all active RN licenses
• Flexibility to float if needed
• Cerner experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care and stepdown patients
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and fellow nurses to support individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold unit standards
