Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NIHSS certification
• Ability to secure housing prior to acceptance
• Housing within 50 miles of the facility must be confirmed before acceptance
• AHCA required for Florida nursing placements
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Experience in critical care, acute care, or intensive care unit settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status, interpret clinical changes, and respond appropriately in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, physician orders, and unit protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient updates clearly and professionally
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care environment
• Adapt to evolving patient acuity and follow established ICU procedures and standards of care
