Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) Travel Contract – Fayetteville, Arkansas

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; call shifts 2x per scheduled period

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Post-partum experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment in a high-acuity obstetric setting
• Experience in maternal-child health, labor and delivery, or women’s health nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Assist with deliveries and support safe, efficient obstetric workflows
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to protocol
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the birthing process
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high standards of patient safety and quality care
