Job Requirements

• Active Washington RN license or accepted multistate license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Ability to work well as a team player in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Willingness to float to other departments in rotation as needed
• Meditech experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Med/Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changing clinical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient recovery
• Document care accurately and maintain strong clinical communication
• Adapt to floating assignments and support other units as part of the care team
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the assignment
