- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,040 - $2,150

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of bedside critical care or acute care clinical experience
- BLS certification required prior to first shift
- ACLS certification required prior to first shift
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused LTAC environment
- Experience supporting adult patients in a long-term acute care or similar high-acuity setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Complete timely nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the care team
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Educate patients and families to support recovery, safety, and discharge planning
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly in the medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care
- Supervise and direct ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive environment for patients, families, and staff
