• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,840 - $1,940

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical nursing experience
• BLS certification required prior to first shift
• ACLS certification required prior to first shift
• Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative healthcare team
• Experience in LTAC, sub-acute, or other high-acuity acute care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough nursing assessments within the required timeframe and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes promptly to the appropriate care team members
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education from admission through discharge
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members during conferences and patient reviews
• Delegate and supervise ancillary nursing personnel as appropriate
• Promote a safe, positive, and efficient work environment for patients, families, and staff
• Contribute to unit operations through effective prioritization, teamwork, and professional growth
