Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU or critical care experience
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work confidently in a high-acuity intensive care setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Current certifications and onboarding compliance documents required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and hospital protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compassionate patient care environment
