Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• NRP and BLS certification required
• Strong knowledge of ventilator care and central line management (UAC, UVC, PICC, and midlines)
• Proficient IV skills, including maintaining IV fluids and supporting neonatal care needs
• Comfortable providing parent education and breastfeeding support
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and teaching skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for neonatal patients in a NICU setting
• Support family-centered care by encouraging parental participation in infant care
• Monitor and maintain IV therapy and related neonatal interventions
• Assist with ventilator care, central lines, and chest tube maintenance as needed
• Offer breastfeeding education and resource support for mothers
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to promote the best outcomes for patients
• Deliver compassionate, developmentally appropriate care to fragile newborns
