• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours per week, with possible reduction to 32 hours during holiday weeks

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Hawaii
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of circulating experience in a hospital operating room; 1+ year minimum experience required
• Ability to independently circulate cases; scrub experience preferred
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced surgical environment
• Experience with electronic charting and common OR systems preferred
• Ability to participate in call coverage and respond within 30 minutes when on call

Responsibilities

• Circulate a variety of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, vascular, ophthalmic, urology, ENT, endoscopy, robotic, obstetrics, and gynecology
• Support safe, efficient perioperative patient care throughout the surgical process
• Assist with turnover cleaning and room readiness between cases
• Transport patients as needed and help coordinate case flow
• Schedule cases and support daily operating room operations
• Participate in call coverage, including weekdays and weekends as assigned
• Work closely with the surgical, perioperative, and clinical support teams to maintain high-quality patient care
