Job Details
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, every other weekend
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
- Setting: 49-bed general medical-surgical telemetry unit
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients with acute conditions and multiple comorbidities
- Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts
- Special Notes: ECG/telemetry and medication testing required prior to acceptance
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
- Medical-surgical experience preferred
- Current telemetry experience required
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- Experience using EPIC EMR required
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Ability to complete a one-time ECG/tele and medication exam with proctoring
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
- Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients
- Administer medications and coordinate care for patients with complex comorbidities
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
- Maintain efficient workflow while meeting unit standards and patient needs
