• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend expected

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Previous Medical-Surgical Telemetry or Med/Surg Tele experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) required
• Willingness to complete onboarding and required competency testing
• Ability to work evening shifts and every other weekend
• Comfortable floating as needed within the assigned care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, assess patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately in the electronic health record
• Prioritize workload effectively in a busy inpatient nursing environment
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Maintain professionalism, teamwork, and a strong commitment to patient safety
