Job Requirements

• Active Alabama RN license or multistate RN license
• BLS certification required
• 3+ years of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain reliable attendance
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-focused approach
• Candidates should live 50+ miles from the facility

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg patients in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Assess patient conditions, monitor changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
