• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., every other weekend
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Location: Beverly, MA 01915

Emergency Department RN Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Epic EHR experience required
• Ability to independently read cardiac strips without monitor tech support
• Willingness to complete onboarding and orientation testing requirements
• Open to floating to a nearby affiliated hospital as needed

Emergency Room Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care in a busy Emergency Department
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a rapid-paced emergency care environment
• Administer treatments and support emergency interventions based on patient condition
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in acuity
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and support timely clinical decision-making
• Document nursing care accurately in Epic and maintain strong clinical communication
• Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote efficient patient flow
