Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Travel Assignment – Needham, MA

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience
• Ability to pass a Telemetry Competency Exam
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Current AHA ACLS certification required
• Strong understanding of ECG rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring
• Documented professional development activities preferred
• Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Prepared to complete onboarding testing with a passing score on the first attempt

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for medical-surgical telemetry patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient outcomes
• Float to like units and overflow areas as needed
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses thoroughly in the medical record
• Support a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
• Participate in orientation and required onboarding processes
