• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,700 - $2,840

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of operating room experience or comparable high-acuity surgical nursing experience
• Experience with kidney transplant, neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, and robotics cases required
• Scrub and/or circulate experience in general surgery, transplants, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, GYN, urology, trauma, and organ procurement preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Travel-ready RN with strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care for a wide variety of surgical patients
• Scrub and/or circulate complex procedures as assigned in the operating room
• Support high-acuity surgical cases, including trauma, transplant, neurosurgery, spine, and robotic surgery
• Maintain a safe, sterile, and efficient operating room environment
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative team to promote excellent patient outcomes
• Assist with preoperative preparation, patient positioning, and intraoperative support
• Follow clinical protocols and adapt quickly to a dynamic surgical schedule
