Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• Strong ability to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent assessment, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate timely interventions for emergent and urgent conditions
• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Deliver compassionate care while supporting efficient patient flow in a busy ED setting
