Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based acute care environment
• Comfortable managing a varied patient census and changing clinical priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to Med/Surg patients
• Complete patient assessments, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support discharge planning, patient education, and continuity of care
