Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg, Medical-Surgical, or acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends
• Strong communication, teamwork, clinical assessment, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients in an acute care environment
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, hospital protocols, and best practices
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and support staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a supportive, organized, and patient-centered care environment
