• Setting: On-site hospital nursing leadership role
• Employment Type: Travel RN Supervisor
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Shift: 12-hour days with day/night rotation
• Hours per Week: 36
• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,580 - $2,720

Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Nursing degree required; diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
• 5+ years of nursing supervisor or house supervisor experience in an acute care hospital setting, including Charge Nurse responsibilities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee care for patients from infancy through geriatrics
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units and departments during evening, night, and weekend shifts
• Serve as a clinical role model and provide direction to nursing staff
• Evaluate care delivered by nursing personnel and support excellence in the nursing process
• Make appropriate staffing decisions to help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Support human resource management efforts that promote a positive and productive work environment
• Act as the on-site hospital representative for operational and administrative coordination during assigned shifts
• Partner with Nursing Leadership and Clinical Managers to maintain smooth hospital operations
• Promote interdisciplinary communication, cooperation, and a positive patient experience
• Contribute to divisional goals and demonstrate commitment to ongoing professional growth
