Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Circulating experience required
• Scrub experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required
• CNOR certification preferred
• CST national certification preferred
• Experience with ambulatory surgical cases preferred, including sports medicine, ENT, GYN, GU, ophthalmology, plastics, general, oral, and minor vascular procedures
• Willingness to float between the Surgery Center and Main OR based on volume

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered nursing care in the Operating Room
• Circulate surgical cases and support the surgical team throughout procedures
• Assist with scrub duties when needed, depending on case needs and experience
• Support a variety of ambulatory surgery and specialty surgical cases
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, sterile technique, and OR safety protocols
• Adapt to changing surgical volume and float between OR locations as needed
