Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PACU RN experience
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and fast-paced hospital environment
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a calm, patient-centered approach

Responsibilities

• Provide post-anesthesia nursing care for surgical patients in the PACU
• Monitor patients closely during recovery and respond to changes in condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiology, and care teams to support safe patient transitions
• Care for patients recovering from procedures such as craniotomies and orthopedic surgeries
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR and follow unit protocols
• Deliver compassionate care while supporting efficient patient flow through recovery
