Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Stroke certification required
• Ability to monitor, interpret, and respond to patient telemetry data
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical assessment skills

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze patient vital signs using specialized telemetry equipment
• Recognize changes or abnormalities in heart function and escalate concerns appropriately
• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to telemetry and cardiac monitoring patients
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support timely interventions and patient recovery
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the medical record
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced acute care environment
