• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Schedule: Day/night rotation, every other weekend, and holidays
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,200 - $2,320

Job Requirements

• Active North Dakota RN license or compact state license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Float pool or resource team experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from AHA required
• NIHSS certification required
• EPIC experience required
• Experience in a busy acute care hospital with 200+ beds preferred
• Experience in a Level II or higher trauma center preferred
• Must be comfortable floating between Med/Surg units and across campuses
• Prior travel RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care in Med/Surg and telemetry settings
• Complete head-to-toe assessments and document patient status accurately in the EMR
• Administer medications through a variety of routes safely and efficiently
• Develop and update care plans based on patient needs and clinical changes
• Perform wound care, line care, and drain care as needed
• Support a variety of Med/Surg specialty areas, including oncology, trauma, cardiac, neuro, observation, and medical behavioral units
• Adapt quickly to changing assignments and maintain strong teamwork across departments
• Use EPIC and hospital equipment effectively to support safe, efficient patient care
• Deliver compassionate care in a dynamic, high-acuity environment
