• Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Experience caring for adult complex surgical, burn, and medically critical patients preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care environment
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Required onboarding and compliance documentation must be completed prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill adult patients in a closed ICU model
• Monitor, assess, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition with urgency and precision
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including ICU providers, surgical teams, consultants, and support staff
• Support care for patients with burn-related, surgical, and medical critical care needs
• Document patient care accurately and maintain safe, high-quality nursing practice
• Contribute to a team-focused environment that prioritizes excellent outcomes and compassionate care
