Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
• Progressive Care Unit, step-down, telemetry, or similar acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to care for patients with complex medical and post-operative needs
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work night shifts and provide consistent, compassionate patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside care to progressive care patients in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and nursing protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary care team members to support positive outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the medical record
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered care environment
