Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Experience working in an acute care or critical care environment
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to a travel nurse assignment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families during challenging moments
