• Position: CVOR Registered Nurse
• Employment Type: Travel Nurse / Travel RN
• Location: Kissimmee, FL
• Start Date: 07/28/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of experience in CVOR, perioperative nursing, operating room nursing, or a related surgical setting
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular surgery procedures, surgical instrumentation, and operating room standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented surgical environment
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Comfortable supporting complex surgical cases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare jobs involving surgical support and acute care patient management preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in the care of patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room and support safe, efficient surgical workflow
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical support staff
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative process and respond to changing clinical needs
• Maintain strict adherence to sterile technique, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a high-acuity surgical setting
• Support seamless communication and clinical coordination throughout the OR experience
