Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of labor and delivery nursing experience, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS required
• Epic EHR experience required
• Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to travel between points of care and use a personal automobile for work assignments
• Strong flexibility and adaptability for a float pool or multi-unit healthcare environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in Labor & Delivery and related mother-baby care settings
• Support labor management, delivery care, and postpartum assessments
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to promote safe outcomes for mothers and newborns
• Float as needed to multiple points of care within the assigned network
• Document patient care accurately using Epic
• Maintain flexibility for rotating weekend coverage and shifting assignment priorities
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while adapting to a dynamic women’s health environment
