Job Requirements

• Recent Operating Room RN experience preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Circulating RN experience strongly preferred
• Ability to support orthopedic, neurosurgery, vascular, trauma, and general surgery cases
• EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Scrubbing experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
• Ability to complete standard onboarding and health documentation requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Circulate a broad range of surgical cases, including ortho, neuro, vascular, trauma, and general surgery
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow in EPIC
• Support patient safety, surgical efficiency, and smooth room turnover
• Assist with scrubbing when needed or when assigned
• Adapt to the demands of a large academic medical center OR with multiple service lines
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented surgical environment
