• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Requirement: As needed
• Holiday Requirement: As needed
• Floating: May be asked to float to intermediate care, medical-surgical, post-surgical, overflow, and negative airflow units

Job Requirements

• Active Kansas RN license or compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications in hand
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU Registered Nurse experience in a large facility or critical care environment
• Experience in ICU and/or Med-Surg preferred
• Experience with ventilators and titration drips preferred
• New graduate nurses are not accepted for this role
• Ability to complete required onboarding items prior to start, including immunization and TB documentation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer and titrate medications and drips per unit protocols
• Support ventilator management and other advanced critical care interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
• Assist with orientation and adapt to unit workflows and assignments as needed
• Float to designated inpatient units when assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safe, compassionate patient care standards
