Experienced Labor & Delivery RN needed for a 13-week travel nursing assignment in Port Angeles, Washington. Join a fast-paced women’s health and acute care team providing labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn support in a scenic Pacific Northwest setting.

• Estimated Schedule: Approximately 3 shifts per week based on 36 guaranteed hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,760 - $2,910
• Charting System: EPIC

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience, preferably in Labor & Delivery, maternal child health, or women’s health
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Experience with fetal monitoring, labor support, postpartum care, and newborn transition strongly preferred
• Comfort working variable shifts, including a majority of nights
• Travel nurse experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, postpartum recovery, and immediate newborn care
• Monitor fetal status and maternal condition, recognizing changes and responding appropriately in a timely manner
• Support neonatal transition and assist with newborn assessments and interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote safe maternal and infant outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC electronic health records
• Assist with a range of labor and delivery needs in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Maintain professionalism, adaptability, strong communication, and patient-centered care in a team-based setting
