• Schedule Notes: Must be available to work every other weekend; no block scheduling

Job Requirements

• Active RN license and ability to work in Ohio
• Minimum of 2+ years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
• Recent experience caring for tracheostomy and chronic ventilator patients
• At least 2+ recent years of experience with phlebotomy and blood draws
• BLS certification required
• Epic electronic health record experience within the last 12 months required
• Phlebotomy experience within the last 12 months required
• Accredited nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-approved program
• Comfort working in a fast-paced acute care environment with patient ratios of 1:5/6
• Must be able to float as needed
• Solid black scrubs required
• Available for interview

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients with respiratory needs
• Care for patients with tracheostomies and chronic ventilator support
• Perform phlebotomy and blood draws as part of routine patient care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective care delivery
• Document accurately and efficiently using Epic
• Float to other units as assigned
• Maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a busy clinical setting
• Follow facility scheduling expectations, including every other weekend coverage
