Job Requirements

• Current RN license and eligibility to work in Ohio
• Minimum of 2 years of recent PCU / Telemetry nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• Epic experience within the last year is required
• Ability to float as needed
• Experience with heparin drips, blood product administration, EKG interpretation, and rhythm changes
• Proficiency in drawing blood and starting/maintaining IVs
• Nursing degree from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited program
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to cardiac progressive care and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, manage heparin infusions, and support blood product transfusions
• Perform IV insertion, blood draws, and ongoing vascular access maintenance
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, efficient patient care
• Document care accurately and maintain compliance with unit standards
• Float when needed to support patient care needs across the assigned setting
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment
