- Setting: Labor & Delivery / Postpartum with OR and PACU support
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 10/6/2026
- Schedule: 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and call rotation
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470-$2,600
- Patient Volume: Approximately 60 deliveries per month, with growth expected

Job Requirements
- Active Colorado RN license or compact RN license with the ability to practice in Colorado
- Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
- At least 1 year of Labor & Delivery nursing or postpartum RN experience
- Charge nurse experience required
- Experience with couplet care, postpartum care, OR, and PACU preferred
- Comfort caring for babies 32 weeks and up
- Flu vaccine required by 10/2026
- Ability to travel with limited requested time off
- Permanent residence must be at least 75 miles from the facility
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to laboring patients, postpartum patients, and newborns
- Support couplet care and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary birth team
- Assist with Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, and postpartum workflows as needed
- Deliver safe, evidence-based maternal-child nursing care to support positive family birth experiences
- Function confidently in charge nurse assignments and help coordinate patient flow
- Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs throughout the birth and recovery process
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality and excellence
- Adapt to rotating weekends and call rotation while maintaining strong clinical standards
