• Start Date: October 12, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 36
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Time Off: RTO must be submitted at application

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience preferred
• Active Virginia RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS certification required
• BSN preferred
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and telemetry management
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating assignments as needed
• Two professional references required
• Strong adaptability and willingness to float within scope if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric patients in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Monitor telemetry rhythms, interpret dysrhythmias, and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Support patients with neurological, neurosurgical, ENT, stroke, seizure, and other complex medical diagnoses
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to promote safe, effective outcomes
• Document accurately in EPIC and maintain strong clinical communication throughout the shift
• Float within scope when needed to support patient care needs
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach during the travel nursing assignment
