• Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
• Hours Per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Facility Type: On-site acute care hospital

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of telemetry nursing experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with Cerner EMR required
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg units as needed
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and telemetry patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and perform nursing interventions according to the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the Cerner electronic medical record (EMR)
• Float to Med/Surg units as needed to support patient care delivery
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining a safe, organized workflow
