Job Requirements

• Comfort with standard onboarding, compliance, and competency requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Assess patients, monitor changes in condition, and communicate effectively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing protocols and patient needs
• Document care accurately and maintain clear, timely charting
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive patient outcomes
